BridesTreasures currently ships Wedding
Accessories outside the Contiguous United States, to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and Canada only. All Lillian Rose items CANNOT are unavailable
for shipment to Canada.
International Shipping is
Available at all Four BridesTreasures Wedding Invitation Websites!
We
will contact you by email regarding the extra shipping charges
that will need to be applied to your order for this service.
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii
and
Puerto Rico are
shipped by USPS (US postal Service) Typically
Wedding Accessory orders outside the Contiguous US are shipped 2nd day air. Charges for this service can vary and
the Store Front does not Calculate these charges. When we receive your
order we will contact you by email regarding the extra shipping charges
that will need to be applied to your order for this service. Customers are
responsible for any and all charges for processing Overseas orders.
Sales Tax
Attention Pennsylvania Customers: State law requires us to collect the
6% State Sales Tax.
If you forget to pay the Tax at
checkout it will be added where applicable. We will notify you by email of
the amount of Pennsylvania sales tax added.
When I place my order
I get an error message and my order won't go thru, why?
In order to prevent unauthorized use of your Credit
Card we have fraud protection suite software installed on our payment
processor. If the Card Holders Name, Credit Card Number, Billing
Address and the zip code don't match the Bank billing information your order can't be processed.
Credit Card address verification:
Please contact Visa or Master Card DIRECTLY
to correct your Address and or Zip Code Information.
You can verify
the address on file for your credit card by calling Visa # 800-847-2750, Master Card # 800-622-7747,American
Express # 800-528-2121, Discover # 800-347-111
In the event of a
failure to process your purchase, Your
Bank will set funds aside for collection by Bride's Treasures, however if an
Address or zip code Verification check error occurs the merchant will
not have
access to your funds and your order will not be processed. Any charges placed on you card by
your Bank for a sale placed with this error are not collectable by
Bride's Treasures and will automatically drop off your account within
one week.
You may wish to Contact your Bank directly to have them release your
Funds.
How
quickly can I expect my order?
All Bride's Treasures orders will be processed for shipping within
1 to 3 Business days. Custom Imprinted products may take
longer to ship. Orders
placed after Noon Eastern Daylight Time can't be Processed until the
Following Day.
Orders placed on the Weekend
or on a Holiday will be processed on the First Business Day of the
coming Week.
Most
Bride's Treasures
orders are sent via USPS, UPS or Federal Express Standard Ground Service,
arrival time is usually within
4-5 Business days from the
ship
date. Your Order
can take a total of 7 to 10 Business days to arrive.
If you require a
RUSH order we offer a 2nd day Air Shipping option. Second day Air charges
start at $29.75. Please allow at least
two business days
for Processing prior to shipping.

can't be shipped to a
P.O. Box, please indicate a street address for your shipping

Your Wedding Invitation conformation
number and the Date your
order was placed.

How do I know that it's safe to process my
order via credit card on your site?
Bride's Treasures has purchased a Site Safe
Certification. Network Solutions is a digital encrypting service that uses state of the art
encryption technology to make your private information completely
secure.
Can
I return the merchandise? What is your return policy? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may
return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days
of receipt. Email

return authorization number.

returns will be accepted without prior approval and without a return
authorization number.
Bride's Treasures is
not able to accept Returns on personalized items.
-All returns are subject to a
20% restocking fee.
-Returned Items must be
received in their original packaging and in perfect condition or a
credit will not be issued. also Shipping charges are not refundable

Bride's Treasures will NEVER sell or distribute our
client's information to anyone. We may however, contact you
