Do you offer a free
catalog?
Sorry, Our Websites
are our
Catalogs. This allows us the opportunity to keep cost down to Benefit our
customers.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and International
Shipping.
Currently we do not ship Internationally, however we do ship
to Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. An additional $20.00 shipping charges will apply on orders
sent to these locations and will be added to your credit card.
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are
shipped by USPS (US postal Service) Typically
orders outside the Contiguous US are shipped 2nd day air. Charges for this service can vary and
the Store Front does not Calculate these charges. When we receive your
order we will contact you by email regarding the extra shipping charges
that will be applied to your order for this service.
Please be aware that Orders shipped
to Canada my be subject to Canadian Customs Duty!
Sales Tax
Attention Maryland Customers: State law requires us to collect the
6% State Sales Tax. If you forget to pay the Tax at
checkout it will be added where applicable. We will notify you by email of
the amount of Maryland sales tax added.
When I place my order
I get an error message and my order won't go thru, why?
In order to prevent unauthorized use of your Credit
Card we have fraud protection software installed on our payment
processor. If the Card Holders Name, Credit Card Number, Billing
Address and the zip code don't match your order can't be processed.
Credit Card address verification:
SECURITY ALERT! Your
Bank may set funds aside for collection by the merchant, however if an
Address Verification check error occurs we will not be able to
access your funds. Contact your Bank to have them release your
Funds.
Please contact Visa or Master Card DIRECTLY
to correct your Address and or Zip Code Information.

How
quickly can I expect my order?
All BridesTreasures orders will be processed for shipping within
3 to 5 Business days. Custom Imprinted products may take
longer to ship. Orders
placed after Noon Eastern Daylight Time can't be Processed until the
Following Day.
Orders placed on the Weekend
or on a Holiday will be processed on the First Business Day of the
coming Week.
Most
orders are sent via UPS or Airborne Standard Ground Service,
arrival time is usually within 4-5 Business days from the
ship
date. Your Order
can take a total of 7 to 10 Business days to arrive.
If you require a
RUSH order we offer a 2nd day Air Shipping option. Second day Air charges
start at $29.75. Please allow at least two days
for Processing on Rush Orders.
*Orders
can't be
shipped to a Post Office Box, so please indicate a street address for
your shipping.
To facilitate order inquiries,
it is
necessary that
you provide us with your four digit Order Number ( Your
order is filed by number, not by name ) or Invitation conformation
number and the Date your
order was placed.

How do I know that it's safe to process my
order via credit card on your site?
Bride's Treasures has purchased a Site Safe
Certification. Network Solutions is a digital encrypting service that uses state of the art
encryption technology to make your private information completely
secure.
Can I pay for my order with a check or money order?
Certainly! However, paying by check
will delay your order - checks
must clear before orders can be released for processing. Most
checks clear within 7-10 working days. If you prefer to pay via check or
money order, please send your check and product request to:

Can
I return the merchandise? What is your return policy? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may
return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days
of receipt. Email
custservice@bridestreasures.com for your return authorization number.

returns will be accepted without prior approval and a return
authorization number.
Returns are not accepted on personalized items.
All returns are subject to a
10% restocking fee.
Returned Items must be
received in their original packaging and in perfect condition or a
credit will not be issued.
